Video: Woolly mammoth caught on camera?

A new video has surfaced that seems to show a live woolly mammoth, an animal scientists say have been extinct for about 10,000 years. Skeptics, however, say it?s just a bear with a fish in its mouth or clever video editing. NBC?s Tamron Hall reports.
